1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Divine Art application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and HYPN TERAPIAS & TECNOLOGIA LTDA ("HYPN", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of Divine Art.

2. Description of Service

Divine Art is a mobile application that provides:

• Daily curated classical and religious art content
• Classical music accompaniment for art viewing
• Premium subscription for ad-free experience and exclusive content
• Art sharing and card generation features

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Divine Art offers premium subscriptions and in-app purchases processed through Apple App Store and Google Play Store:

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play)
• No account creation is required to make a purchase — purchases are tied to your App Store or Google Play account
• Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase

In-app purchases made through Apple App Store are also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Purchases through Google Play are subject to Google Play's Terms of Service. In case of conflict between these Terms and the platform-specific terms, the platform terms shall prevail for purchases made through that platform.

4. Account and Purchases

Divine Art allows you to use the app and make purchases with or without creating an account:

• You may use Divine Art without creating an account
• Purchases can be made without an account and are linked to your Apple ID or Google account
• Creating an account is optional and allows you to sync your preferences across devices
• If you create an account later, your purchases will be preserved

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Share or redistribute premium content without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The app design, user interface, curation, descriptions, and original content are protected by copyright and owned by HYPN. The artworks and musical compositions presented in the App are in the public domain. While the underlying works are freely available, our specific curation, presentation, and accompanying descriptions are proprietary.

7. Content

Divine Art provides artworks and musical compositions that are in the public domain. We make reasonable efforts to verify the public domain status of all content, but cannot guarantee the legal status of every work in every jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability

Divine Art is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. HYPN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
