3. Advertising and Google AdMob

Premium users with an active subscription do not see ads during the subscription period.

4. In-App Purchases (IAP) and Premium Subscriptions

Divine Art offers the following purchase options:

• Monthly Premium Subscription: Automatic renewal every 30 days
• Annual Premium Subscription: Automatic renewal every 12 months
• One-time Purchases (IAP): Specific items or features

4.2 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period unless cancellation is requested at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancellation can be done at any time through your account settings in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).

HYPN reserves the right to revoke access to Premium purchases and features at any time, without refund, in the following cases:

• Violation of the app's Terms of Use
• Fraudulent or abusive use of the service
• Attempts to circumvent payment or security systems

• Any activity that harms the service or other users

After the mandatory legal guarantee period (when applicable in the jurisdiction), no refund will be granted in case of revocation for terms violation.

5.1 Artworks and Music

Divine Art provides artworks and musical compositions that are in the public domain. This means that the economic copyright of these works has expired or been released, allowing their free use.

5.2 Disclaimer

The user is fully responsible for verifying applicable legislation in their jurisdiction before using any content outside the application environment. HYPN disclaims any liability for violations committed by the user.

6. Use of Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the application
• Process transactions and manage subscriptions
• Personalize user experience
• Display relevant ads (for non-Premium users)
• Send push notifications and daily inspiration reminders
• Sync your favorite artworks across devices
• Process shared images with watermark locally on your device
• Detect and prevent fraud and abuse
